Who is responsible

dynapips is the controller for the data you submit here. Reach us any time at contact@dynapips.com for anything related to your data.

What we collect

Your email address, an optional first name, and a record of the consent you gave (the wording and the timestamp). Nothing else is required to hold your spot.

Why we may use it

Only to tell you when early access opens and to send the product updates you ticked. We never sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, our form processor, and stored on their infrastructure under a data processing agreement. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Until launch plus twelve months, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Withdrawn consents are removed promptly.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Art. 15–21 GDPR, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Email contact@dynapips.com and we will act within one month.

Providing your email is voluntary. Without it we cannot notify you about early access, but nothing else on this site depends on it.
